Charles and Polly Webber American History Endowed Scholarship

The Charles and Polly Webber American History Endowed Scholarship was established in 1976 by the Alexandria Scottish Rite Bodies as a tribute to Charles E. Webber and his wife, Pauline Graham Webber, to encourage the study of American History including intellectual and cultural history of the United States, the development of American institutions from the formation of the American Republic, or allied subjects as determined each year. Scholarship recipients may be full-time or part-time students and must be residents of Northern Virginia actively pursuing a degree in American History. Recipients will qualify on the basis of academic merit. Preference will be given to rising juniors for use during their senior year. This scholarship is renewable.
