Ethel and Joseph Bowman Endowed Scholarship

The Ethel and Joseph Bowman Endowed Scholarship was established in 2002 through the bequest of Ethel Hicks Bowman. The fund provides scholarships for undergraduates from the Nauck community of Arlington County, Virginia who have financial need.
