Charles J. Colgan Endowed Scholarship

The Charles J. Colgan Endowed Scholarship was established in 2015 by the Senator Colgan Tribute Committee, in memory of the late Senator. The fund provides scholarships for students from Prince William County, the City of Manassas, and the City of Manassas Park.
