Black Scholars Endowed Fund

The Black Scholars Endowed Fund was established in 2010 by the Black Alumni Chapter to provide scholarships for full-time undergraduate students from under-represented student populations. First preference will be given to a student of African heritage. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Additionally, candidates must have completed at least one course within the African-American Studies minor or be an active member of a student organization that promotes the advocacy and support of Black/African Heritage students. Applicants will be asked to submit an essay detailing how they contribute to the Mason community.
