Undergraduate Students

Must be admitted, active, and currently enrolled
Completed 12+ credit hours at Mason by the deadline
Minimum GPA: 2.75 or in good academic standing

Graduate Students

Must be admitted and currently active/enrolled
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Some programs may allow incoming graduate students to apply

Log In using Patriot Pass credentials (Net ID username and password* at the scholarship portal.
Complete the General Application – this is required for all scholarships.
Auto-Match System – matches students to scholarships based on academic records.
Conditional Applications or Recommended Opportunities – next step after General Application.
Supporting Documents – some may require resumes or essays.
Tip: Write essays in Word/Text first, then copy-paste.
Important: Do not include your name or G# in essays (review process is anonymous).

Each department may have different deadlines.
Applications close at 11:59 p.m. EST on the listed date.
Award notifications begin mid-June and are sent via email to only students selected for the award.
Recipients may view their awards on Patriot Web in the Financial Aid Awards section.
