Thomas Sowell, PhD Endowed Scholarship

The Thomas Sowell, PhD Endowed Scholarship was established in 2005 in honor of noted Economist Dr. Thomas Sowell by Cecil Van Alsburg, who was a business executive inspired by Dr. Sowell’s philosophical beliefs. The fund supports scholarships for full-time undergraduates, with a preference for students majoring or minoring in economics.
