John L. Howard Endowed Scholarship

The John L. Howard Endowed Scholarship was established in 2008 in memory of John L. Howard, an information technology marketing executive. The fund was established by Martha S. Engle, widow of Mr. Howard, and her husband, J. Reid Herlihy, former university vice president for facilities planning. This scholarship provides awards for undergraduate students pursuing a degree within the College of Engineering and Computing who have financial needs. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
