Kevin and Veronica McCrohan Endowed Scholarship

The Kevin and Veronica McCrohan Endowed Scholarship was established in 2016 by Kevin McCrohan, PhD to provide scholarship support to undergraduate students majoring or minoring in Marketing in the Costello College of Business who are serving, or have served, in Special Operations or have been wounded in combat while serving in any branch of the US Armed Forces (i.e. Purple Heart recipients). If no applicants meet these criteria, preference will next be given to those serving, or who have served, in the combat arms of the US Army (Combat Arms or Combat Support; Air Defense Artillery, Armor, Aviation Engineers, Field Artillery, Infantry, Chemical Corps, Military Intelligence, Military Police or Signal Corps) or in the US Marine Corps. If no applicants meet these criteria, preference will next be given to any honorably discharged veteran. If no applicants meet these criteria, preference will next be given to any Marketing student. Recipients who qualify through the first three options must provide their Form 00214 for appropriate documentation of service. Recipients must be full-time students and may be either in-state or out-of-state students. Recipients will qualify on the basis of academic merit (minimum 2.5 GPA). Strongest preference will be given to applicants with 3.0 GPAs and above. This scholarship is renewable.
