James D. Palmer Endowed Scholarship

The James D. Palmer Endowed Scholarship was established in 1999 by multiple donors in honor of Dr. James D. Palmer, the first associate dean of graduate studies in the College of Engineering and Computing. The scholarship may be awarded to undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in the College of Engineering and Computing with a minimum GPA of 2.74.
