Honorable Lutrelle F. Parker Sr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Honorable Lutrelle F. Parker Sr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 1996 to provide scholarship support to disadvantaged undergraduate and graduate students from Northern Virginia. Recipients may be full-time or part-time. Recipients will qualify on the basis of academic merit and financial need. This scholarship is renewable.

This scholarship honors Mr. Parker, a former member and past president of the George Mason University Foundation Board of Trustees and the university’s Board of Visitors. Mr. Parker was also a Navy veteran of World War II, a prominent attorney, civic leader, and businessman in the Arlington community.
