Edward Ciulis and Ethel J. Ciulis Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Edward Ciulis and Ethel J. Ciulis Endowed Scholarship Fund was established in 2016 by Ethel J. Ciulis to provide scholarship support to undergraduate students in the College of Engineering and Computing. Recipients may be part-time or full-time students and may be in-state or out-of-state students. Recipients will qualify on the basis of academic merit, having achieved a GPA of 3.0 or higher in high school and maintaining a 2.5 GPA or higher at the University, and financial need. The scholarship recipient must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
